Description

Introduction:
SymphonyAI is on a mission to lead the next wave of vertical AI — not just as a technology provider, but as a true transformation partner across industries. We’re looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help us unify and amplify the stories coming out of our divisions. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and sales — translating vertical domain experience into clear, compelling positioning that drives growth.
This is not traditional product marketing. You won’t own pricing. You won’t spend months tweaking packaging decks. Instead, you’ll work closely with each division to elevate go-to-market strategy, align messaging to our brand pillars, and accelerate the sales cycle with real-world content and enablement tools. You’ll partner directly with GMs, product leads, and sales leaders — and when needed, you’ll jump in and help close the narrative gap.
Job Description:

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED AT OUR PALO ALTO, CA HEADQUARTERS, WITH THREE IN-OFFICE DAYS PER WEEK. HOWEVER, WE ARE OPEN TO CONSIDERING REMOTE CANDIDATES WHO DEMONSTRATE THE QUALIFICATIONS AND STRENGTHS WE’RE SEEKING—ESPECIALLY THOSE WHO MEET THE BONUS CRITERIA.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be the PMM point person for our divisions — ensuring product launches land with clear messaging, customer relevance, and a strong go-to-market backbone.
  • Align product narratives with our company-level positioning — translating solution-specific features into business value aligned to our vertical AI brand pillars.
  • Create high-impact content to support launches and pipeline — messaging frameworks, sales decks, one-pagers, use case briefs, customer stories, and thought leadership.
  • Work closely with divisional sales teams to understand what’s working, what’s missing, and what’s slowing down deals — and then help fix it.
  • Act as a strategic partner to product and engineering teams, helping them articulate product value in a way that resonates with customers and the market.
  • Collaborate with the comms and demand teams to make sure our best product stories fuel PR, campaigns, analyst conversations, and executive content.
  • Operate globally — working with teams in North America, Europe, and Asia to support consistent messaging and content needs across regions.
  • Help raise the bar for PMM across the company, supporting teams that are early in their product marketing maturity and filling critical gaps as needed.
