ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Product Operations to join our fast-growing org. This position is responsible for building the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Finance, RevOps and our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions - ensuring that strategy translates into impact, and that our teams have the processes, tools, and insights to excel.
In this role, you will lead the design and execution of product operating frameworks, help evolve our organizational operating model and structure, and help architect our evolution from a sales-led R&D fintech organization to a growth-oriented, product-led culture.

We’re seeking someone who can excel independently today while having the leadership skills and enthusiasm to potentially build, recruit for, and lead a high-performing Product Operations team as business needs develop.
If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, and you love building operational systems that help organizations scale, this is your opportunity to lead transformation at one of the most exciting companies in fintech. This is a senior individual contributor role that sits within our Business Operations team and is matrixed to the Chief Product Officer.
