Description
Initiate and lead productivity and cost savings projects that contribute to KPIs, including implementing improvements to the production process and cost control programs. Analyze, identify, and rectify production issues, such as bottlenecks, equipment or area issues, and quality issues. Manage overall people management and development, as well as production budgets. Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objectives. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures. Ensure efficient collaboration and coordination between support departments. A Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline Min 10 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or relevant functions as a production manager. Excellent knowledge of Production Management and Manufacturing Science. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish lasting relationships and influencing colleagues.
