  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and political acumen, with the ability to navigate complex systems and build trust across lines of power, sector, and lived experience.
  • Clear, confident, and adaptive communication skills, in writing, public speaking, and interpersonal settings, with the ability to translate complex program models into accessible and inspiring language.
  • Experience facilitating collaborative learning spaces such as webinars, convenings, or communities of practice, particularly in the context of systems change and equity.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with high capacity for managing multiple projects, shifting priorities, and producing high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines.
