WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Own and drive multiple high-impact technical programs, ensuring on-time delivery of platform enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, and engineering initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to agile best practices, as needed, will lead scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming to ensure engineering teams deliver efficiently.
  • Bridge engineering, product, and multiple client business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and dependencies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical and operations risks.
  • Regularly report and present risk, progress, metrics, financials, and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee third-party relationships, ensuring vendors meet SLAs and align with long-term strategy.
  • Holds stakeholders accountable for commitments.
  • Responsible for the managing project budget. This includes understanding and validating estimates, cost variance tracking, and managing project resources effectively.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS ROLE:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time and work weekends/evenings, as necessary.
  • In order to be considered, you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship now or in the future.
