Responsibility for a program improving execution to customer by coordinating teams, structuring tight timelines, prioritizing and communicating efficiently Understand and proliferate customer requirements and procedures to diverse, cross-functional teams during development with a strong quality mind-set Simple and structured articulation of plans and progress to customer based on deep engineering background on sensor assembly and test procedures Take over critical project work packages or lead focus teams / task forces on short notice with high exposure to customer Organize operational-focused project workshops during product development with the customer in China and US including preparation, moderation and follow-up Actively manage your key stakeholders in an international environment, this involves negotiating as well as convincing others to accept positions or trade-offs Maintain the overview and understanding of technical and commercial interdependencies to proactively identify the most complex problems and team-up with others to think also beyond existing solutions to solve them Flexibility to travel to gain experience with EU based engineering team and drive collaboration with labs based in Asia You are a self-motivated person who strives for performance, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. As a role model for open communication and feedback, you know how to successfully align with stakeholders internationally. Your structured working style helps you to follow the big picture and contribute to the business success of the organization. A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, microelectronics, physics, or related studies combined with a good technical understanding At least 10 years of relevant work experience in leading projects, programs, or consulting thereof minimum 3 years in the field of semiconductor products A strong business-driven mindset with a clear vision, passion to execute a strategy, and the drive to achieve financial targets A solid know-how of tools and methodologies used in project management and quality such as project initiation, planning including reporting and documentation, problem solving frameworks (e.g. 8D) and stakeholder management Experience as a project manager with managing crises, consolidation of conflicts, moderation of cross-functional teams and presentation to senior management as well as direct communication to challenging customers The will to frequently travel and regularly but also ad-hoc to resolve business critical situations in Asia, the United States, and within Europe Excellent English skills and intercultural competencies Experience in how to work with Module Subcons, MEMS technology, or microphones is a strong plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
