Job Title: Engagement Manager/Delivery Manager
Work Location: Seattle WA

Job Description
Experienced and dynamic Delivery Manager Will play crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects managing client relationships leading team of dedicated professionals and overseeing talent management Will be responsible nurturing and developing talent within the team and as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction meeting or exceeding the project program portfolio financials and Operational aspects
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Lead and manage IT projects program portfolio from initiation to closure ensuring on time within budget and high quality delivery
Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets
Monitor and report on project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
Foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management processes
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong client relationships
Understand client needs and expectations ensuring that project deliverables align with client requirements
Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for additional services and support
Team Leadership and Talent Management
Lead a team of project managers technical professionals and support staff
Provide guidance and support to team members ensuring they meet their project objectives
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture and promote professional development
Implement talent management strategies to identify develop and retain top talent within the project program portfolio
Quality Assurance
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Implement best practices in project management and delivery processes
Conduct regular quality assessments and improve processes as necessary
Financial Management
Monitor project budgets expenses and resource allocation
Ensure projects are executed within budget and seek opportunities for cost savings
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management
Additional Requirements
Manage a team size of 200
Successfully managed projects with value upwards of 30Million
Should have successfully delivered Fixed Price Contract Time and Material and Fixed Monthly Contract
Should have delivered Development Maintenance Testing Infra projects
Participated in RFP response in terms of solutioning winning themes budgeting
Should have prior experience in MSA Contract reviewing SOW Change Request creation
Qualifications
Total Experience of 20 years in IT Industry
7 years of Delivery Manager experience
PMP ITIL or other relevant certifications are added advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Adept at problem solving and risk management
Client focused with strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Financial acumen and budget management skills
