In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of complex strategic projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Accountabilities: The Director of Project and Program Management is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple strategic initiatives: · Lead cross-functional project and program strategies, ensuring alignment across teams. · Manage performance and outcomes of complex projects/programs, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are met. · Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to the project management team. · Manage vendor and partner relationships, including contractual obligations and strategic engagements. · Identify, develop, and implement process improvements and enhancements for project/program management practices. · Serve as the escalation point for project/program-related issues and represent the organization in executive communications. · Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in project and program management, with proven leadership abilities: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required. · 8+ years of experience in project/program management or business analysis. · 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. · Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts. · Well-developed leadership and interpersonal skills to engage, inspire, influence, and develop others. · Ability to manage multiple, complex projects/programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising quality. · Preferred certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP). · Experience in health care or PBM environments and familiarity with formal project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus. · Competitive salary range: $108,000 – $184,000 based on experience and skills. · Remote work flexibility. · Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage. · Paid parental leave and family support benefits. · Professional development and training opportunities. · Holistic wellness programs, including behavioral health support and financial planning resources. · Inclusive and purpose-driven work environment with equal opportunity for all employees.
