Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Director - Project Controls to lead and oversee the project controls function within our transport hub development projects. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, risk, and quality controls across multiple transport infrastructure projects to ensure successful delivery in alignment with company objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable effective decision-making and maintain project excellence for Qiddiya’s visionary developments. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage project control frameworks specific to transport hubs projects. Lead the project controls team to monitor and report on schedule, cost, risks, and quality metrics. Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and timely project delivery in adherence to plans. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align project control objectives. Prepare comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and the use of project management tools such as Primavera P6 and other software. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Over 12 years of progressive experience in project controls, especially in transport infrastructure and hub developments. Proven leadership skills managing project controls teams and delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance. Expertise in project controls software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalents. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent highly desirable. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
