• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project and service delivery within a technology consulting or professional services environment.
• Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects and programs.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, enterprise IT, and digital transformation trends.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director, PMO & Service Delivery at Convverge, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of client-facing and internal technology initiatives. You will lead the Project Management Office and Service Delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of consulting engagements, while aligning with strategic business goals and client expectations.
