Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish macro development schedules, staffing strategies, and process improvements. Monitor project risks and proactively implement corrective actions to prevent schedule or budget overruns. Advocate for cultural values, inclusion, and collaboration across the organization. Proven experience in project management leadership, with extensive knowledge of project lifecycle and production processes.
