As Director of Project Management & Real Estate, you will lead a hybrid function that combines full life cycle real estate responsibilities with enterprise-level project management. This role will accelerate expansion, provide real estate optionality, and ensure key initiatives cross the finish line. You will oversee permanent and temporary space planning, site selection, lease negotiations, construction management, and care center activation while also driving accountability and prioritization across strategic projects. This leader will partner with Finance, Operations, and Market Leadership to reduce reliance on external real estate support, return bandwidth to senior leaders, and build scalable processes that enable predictable growth. Skills and Knowledge Required • Proven track record of results-oriented project management experience. • Experience managing negotiation and operationalization of new sites. • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • The knowledge or ability to quickly develop the knowledge of real estate law, building codes, and compliance requirements. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation for this role is between $140,000 and $155,000 with bonus potential We do things differently at SOL.
