FTI Consulting Brussels is looking for a Director to join our Energy & Industrials team. If you are looking to work in a dynamic and thriving sector team that crosses multiple issues, then this is the position for you.
As a Director you will work on, and be responsible for different client accounts, support senior colleagues in building new business opportunities and be involved in general day-to-day support of operations. Responsibilities in this role include:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Deliver to clients: Leading and organising day-to-day client work, monitor policy and regulatory developments for client files; draft reports and provide in-depth analysis on policy developments and interpret their commercial implications on the business of your clients; write reports on research, both on general and specific subjects. Project management / account management and event organisation.
Build the business: Help develop practice and wider marketing initiatives to positively position the firm and practice in the market; drive client programmes forward with day-to-day support of operations.
Team involvement: Work alongside senior colleagues on building development activities such as pitch preparation and delivery; manage and develop junior colleagues to support client projects and accounts and actively drive the business forward.
Networking: Build relationships in the industry through networks with EU contacts and stakeholders as well as potential clients.
Grow the team: Support growing the team with your ideas, your creativity, your curiosity, your positive energy; coaches and mentors staff and help identify opportunities for their development.
