Responsibilities
  • Possess at least 8 years of senior-level experience in managing maintenance inspections, repairs, and quality teams in a Repair Station/Maintenance Organization.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Operations management or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Deep understanding of local and international aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills for achieving results and managing multiple projects.
  • Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Quality.
  • Strong skills for collaborating with various individuals and organizations.
  • Effective communicator who can mobilize employees.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
