Responsibilities

Possess at least 8 years of senior-level experience in managing maintenance inspections, repairs, and quality teams in a Repair Station/Maintenance Organization.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Operations management or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Deep understanding of local and international aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, etc.).
Strong knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Excellent planning and organizational skills for achieving results and managing multiple projects.
Up-to-date with current trends and best practices in Quality.
Strong skills for collaborating with various individuals and organizations.
Effective communicator who can mobilize employees.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
