Translate global RD&E strategies into actionable local plans that deliver business impact. Accelerate new product development and ensure high-quality, timely product launches. Build and mentor a high-performing RD&E team with strong technical depth and a collaborative mindset. Foster a culture of growth, agility, diversity, and psychological safety. Champion cross-regional knowledge sharing and global project collaboration. Drive process excellence and continuous improvement across simulation, testing, and project management. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including global leaders, product teams, suppliers, and customers. What We're Looking For Engineering degree with strong expertise in product development, systems thinking, and design thinking. Proven leadership experience in industrial or climate solutions sectors, preferably in R&D. Skilled in project management, execution, testing, and simulation; certifications are a plus. Experienced in cross-functional collaboration across sales, product management, R&D, procurement, and supply chain. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and English language skills.
