We are seeking a growth-oriented business leader to drive new business and expand existing business in a defined region within our Insurance segment. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth across insurance organizations, ensuring our ongoing leadership in the death, audit and location market. You’ll collaborate with key external customers, internal stakeholders, ideate innovative solutions and shape opportunities that deliver lasting impact for our customers and our organization. This is a hunter role with a twist: you will lead a region and team responsible for ensuring satisfaction and growth of existing accounts, while identifying and landing new accounts to achieve company established total growth objectives for the region. Responsibilities: Drive pipeline creation and conversion to meet and exceed growth targets. Develop and grow our footprint within the assigned region of the Insurance business segment by establishing strong and nurturing customer relationships. Drive proactive sales activities to meet and exceed business objectives. Lead strategic planning for your focus areas, ensuring alignment with overall account goals. Build account intelligence to uncover and shape new opportunities within existing accounts. Collaborate with other business segments (Pension, TPAs, Healthcare and Financial Services) to deliver our best in class solutions. Develop compelling proposals & pricing to proactively identify opportunities. Collaborate with internal partners: Strategy, Technology, Sales & Customer Success teams. Hold P&L responsibility for your assigned business segment. Manage customer success team members to always ensure exemplary service delivery. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive sales leadership experience Deep knowledge of the Insurance industry Demonstrated success in generating new business, exceeding sales targets and driving client growth, including proven experience selling services to insurance companies Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes Confident communicator and presenter with executive-level influence Skilled in proposal development, solution-based selling, storytelling, and slideware creation Experienced & collaborative people leader with strong coaching & communication skills Hybrid out of our Minneapolis, MN office. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices: Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota.
