Responsibilities

You will be required to work on-site at one of our regional site locations: California and Colorado/ Minnesota locations four (4) days per week. This on-site presence is crucial to fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong connection with our team and the workplace environment. Travel is required for this role.

  • Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Lead the Released Product Management Board to drive functional alignment and prioritization of the many programs and projects in the released product portfolio.
  • Lead operations interface between the OU and Global Operations & Supply Chain acting as a liaison between them.
  • Play a key role as a member of the extended R&D Staff providing a voice for Operations and Released Product Management.
  • Member of CRM Operations Unit Senior Staff to ensure prioritization, strong execution and problem solving across the manufacturing network.
  • Manage a team of Core Team Operations Members (aka CTORs) to partner with R&D and GO&SC to ensure release product projects are completed on time and in budget
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across various functions to resolve conflicting goals and priorities driving optimal business solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field
  • 10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain and/or product development experience in a regulated medical industry, with 7+ years of managerial experience, OR advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain and/or product development experience in a regulated medical industry, with 7+ years of managerial experience
