As the Director of Residential Marketing for Qiddiya Investment Company, you will take the lead in shaping the residential marketing strategies that define our innovative community. Your role will be critical in promoting Qiddiya as a premier destination for modern living, showcasing a blend of luxury, innovation, and lifestyle. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and partners to maximize visibility and sales for our residential developments. Your expertise will guide the marketing team to implement creative campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance Qiddiya's market presence. Key Responsibilities Develop strategic marketing initiatives for residential projects to drive engagement and customer acquisition. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with project management, sales, and design teams to create cohesive, attractive marketing materials. Oversee digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring effective outreach and brand consistency. Manage and optimize marketing budgets, measuring the effectiveness of campaigns to achieve objectives. Lead a dynamic marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Engage with community stakeholders and attend industry events to promote residential offerings. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure Qiddiya's marketing strategies are innovative and competitive. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. At least 10 years of marketing experience, particularly in the residential or real estate sector. Proven track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed strategic decisions. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences. Experience in managing and mentoring teams, fostering a creative and results-oriented environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry. Passion for creating vibrant residential communities and enhancing customer experiences.
