Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop and execute the UD Trucks retail sales strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a national sales team, promoting a culture of accountability, agility, and collaboration.
  • Drive truck and soft product sales performance through strategic business development.
  • Partner with dealers to set annual sales targets, business plans, and KPIs.
  • Manage pricing approvals, oversee inventory, and ensure optimal stock turnover.
  • Champion the Total Solutions and Insight Driven Sales approach across the network.
  • Monitor financial results, analyse market trends, and implement data-driven action plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales operations, process efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Represent VGA with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop leadership capability within your team through coaching, performance development, and succession planning.
