Here's what you can expect as a Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) at DaVita: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Revenue Operations (ROPS) to lead the strategic transformation of our cash posting and reconciliation functions. This experienced leader will oversee day-to-day operations, set strategy, and drive efficiency across all cash and correspondence posting, EDI enrollment, and payer portal connectivity processes. In addition this leader will oversee implementation of new technology, and drive organizational strategies to streamline revenue cycle processes. This is a high-impact role with visibility across finance and revenue cycle operations, where success will directly improve our cash flow performance and overall financial health. What will you do? Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee all cash and correspondence posting, reconciliation, and related processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Oversee all EDI enrollment processes, ensuring timelines, accuracy and compliance. Oversee all processes related to enrollment and maintenance of payer portal access for all teams and teammates across DaVita, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance. Define and execute strategies to streamline operations, improve automation, and reduce processing delays Lead the design, selection, and implementation of a new cash posting tool, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems Champion adoption of new technologies and processes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement. Establish and monitor KPIs, create reporting dashboards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with accounting, IT, and finance leaders to ensure alignment and smooth cash flow management. Partner with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Licensing and Certification leaders to ensure effective and secure management of payer portal logins and accounts. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Salary Range for the role is $114,000.00 - $181,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.
