A ROLE YOU WILL LOVE
This is a senior leadership role within the Global Risk Group at Computershare, forming part of the Second Line of Defence. This role is responsible for supporting, challenging, and overseeing the CATC Corporate Trust business in Canada, ensuring effective management of its risk profile and compliance with regulatory obligations. Additionally, this position will also support the Canada CRO/CCO with 2 nd line oversight responsibilities for Computershare Canada, including maintaining positive relationships with regulators in the region.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Lead regulatory change initiatives relevant to CATC, working with risk and compliance teams, business leaders, and functional heads to ensure compliance across Canadian operations.Provide regular updates and reports on risk and compliance matters to CATC and Canadian senior management, including escalation of significant issues when necessary.

You bring a strong track record of leadership in risk and compliance within federally regulated financial institutions, along with deep expertise in Canadian regulatory frameworks. Your ability to navigate complex environments, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic risk initiatives positions you as a key leader in shaping and overseeing risk management.
