DIRECTOR – LINE 1 EMBEDDED NON-FINANCIAL RISK & CONDUCT ADVISORY

Business Unit: Global Institutional Banking Coverage (GIBC)
Reporting to: Chapter Area Lead, Risk & Control Advisory & Delivery

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE INCLUDES:

• Ensuring effective assessment of risks, controls and regulatory obligations across the GIBC Business profile in alignment with risk appetite, regulatory expectations and in conjunction with Line 2 counterparts.
• Managing your team to drive continuous improvement of the business control environment, thorough investigation of incidents and resolution of issues
• Anticipate and respond to emerging risks, conduct thematic reviews and shape proactive risk mitigation processes and controls.
• Coordinate and attend risk and governance forums for GIBC and IB&M, deliver risk reporting and metrics to drive accountability and improvements across the business.
