The School of Interactive Arts & Technology (SIAT) administrative team provides essential support for the School’s academic, research, and community initiatives. As an interdisciplinary, research-focused school, SIAT brings together technologists, artists, designers, and theorists in innovative collaboration. Our team ensures seamless operations by handling student advising, academic appointments, lab services, research administration, purchasing, and committee support. We play a critical role in enabling faculty and leadership to focus on strategic planning and decision-making by managing day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Provides senior level confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Program Director: acts as a resource person in the Director’s absence, supports confidential faculty matters including appointments, salary review and tenure/promotion, screens visitors and phone calls; organizes the mail; arranges and prepares for meetings and does meeting follow-up; books travel and accommodation; processes expense claims; types correspondence, memoranda and reports, etc.; processes paperwork.
