DIRECTOR – SAAS RETAIL & HOSPITALITY

Location: South of England (ideally within reach of Waterlooville HQ)

We’re looking for a Director to take full ownership of two established and high-performing brands within our SaaS Retail & Hospitality vertical. This is a strategic leadership role with broad commercial scope, where you’ll shape the direction, drive market expansion, and play a key role in our group’s next phase of growth.
This is more than a leadership role; it’s a chance to take already successful brands and supercharge them.

You’ll be responsible for the full end-to-end performance of the business, from product strategy, revenue growth and customer retention to operational delivery and innovation. This includes:

• Developing and delivering a clear growth strategy in line with wider group goals
• Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams across sales, onboarding, operations, product and development
• Owning the P&L and driving performance against key financial targets (including Rule of 40)
• Identifying market trends and evolving our value proposition to meet customer needs
• Working with central product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies
• Representing the brands at external events and forging strong partnerships
• Championing team development, accountability, and high performance across the organisation
• Collaborating with the M&A team to identify acquisition targets and support the group inorganic growth strategy
