Responsibilities
  • Accountable for sales and gross profit plans in the division.
  • Monitor and evaluate Sales Associate performance.
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares action plans for individuals and teams to execute on sales leads and prospects.
  • Leads development of action planning to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conduct sales update meetings on a regular basis.
  • Assure execution of department goals and maintain accountability.
  • Provide solid Customer Relationship Management.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
  • Assist Sales Associates in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
  • Work to support sales KPI’s while growing the business.
