JOB KNOWLEDGE / WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ Years of industry experience
  • Previous insurance sales experience is an asset
  • Deep understanding of family and business insurance landscape, product and concept knowledge
  • Clear understanding of PPI tools and resources
  • Understanding of HNW market
  • Clear and effective communicator – including verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Organized with proven ability to focus on primary tasks
  • Adaptable with the flexibility to react quickly to Advisors’ needs

EDUCATION CERTIFICATIONS OR LICENSES:

  • Life licensed
  • CFP & CLU designations (or working towards)
    The expected salary range for this position starts at $90,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skill set.

Responsibilities
  • Increase sales amongst primary aligned advisors
  • Complete Business Plan/KYA to understand advisor’s business and develop and strengthen relationships, including:
  • Succession, Business Planning, Marketing, Prospecting, Practice Management, Compliance
  • Develop an understanding of advisors’ knowledge base and objectives to foster reliance and partnership for case work
  • Provide education and training for key advisors
  • Foster relationships and support inside/outside PPI (DAS, Investments, Wholesalers, etc.)
  • Actively participate in industry events to promote the PPI brand and value proposition
  • Attract select advisors to join PPI as their MGA
  • Engage in actions that encourage, reflect and align with PPI’s ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments to our advisors, their clients and our employees
