Description

Burai is seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales team and entrusted to scale Burai’s Go-To-Market capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years in a SaaS B2B leadership position (Manager Level or higher).
  • Proven experience driving sales results in an emerging/new SaaS category.
  • Experience managing a team of at least 6 individuals and/or sales leaders and their respective teams.
  • Proven success in managing high-performing teams with direct ownership of multiple marketing functions.
  • Experience implementing new technology (with an emphasis on integrations with Salesforce).
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills are a must.

Responsibilities
  • Hiring and coaching a team of Account Executives.
