You own the P&L, deliver top-line growth, and execute plans that maximize sales performance. Success requires building deep customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating across functions to turn insights into action. Your key responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Costco and BJ's to drive revenue, market share, and profitability; own full P&L responsibility including forecasting, trade spend management, margin optimization, and deduction control Build and nurture deep, strategic relationships with Costco and BJ's buyers and stakeholders Drive internal understanding and alignment around customer-specific requirements, including pallet programs, packaging changes, advertising initiatives, and merchandising expectations; collaborate internally and across the Customer Development team on club-channel strategy including innovation, assortment/pack formats, pricing, and promotional planning Lead broker relationships, setting expectations and monitoring performance. Vivid storytelling through data and insights to influence internal and external stakeholders Champion omnichannel growth by leveraging e-commerce best practices at Costco and BJ's This position is a home-based remote role in the US, with a preference for eastern and central time zones. The salary scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and primary work location. Salary $165,000-$195,000.
