ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director of Sales Development, you will play a role in the extended leadership team driving regional strategy and global priorities. You will be directly responsible for Business Development Representative (BDR) teams across public sector, education, and not-for-profit business units servicing the ANZ region. You will be tasked with quickly ramping up, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering significant impact through pipeline growth and team development.
This leadership role demands a hands-on approach, the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, and a passion for nurturing talent while achieving ambitious business goals.
