POSITION SUMMARY

Manages and coordinates team activities to drive revenue growth. Leads a team of Licensing Representatives to ensure sales performance is met or exceeds expectations. Facilitates coaching, process improvement and talent development while maintaining a high-performing sales culture.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum three years’ sales management experience preferred. Sales, negotiation and/or collections experience required.
