QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, driven professional with:

  • 15+ years of sales experience, including selling to C-level executives
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (Zoho experience an asset)
  • A home office in the Oakville/Toronto area and the ability to attend in-person client appointments when needed

THE ROLE

We’re seeking an exceptional Director, Sales & Leadership to represent Crestcom’s training programs in the Oakville & South Toronto area.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers through Crestcom’s proven sales process.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by reinforcing leadership training content through monthly accountability meetings.
  • Support clients in applying training to their day-to-day challenges, ensuring real impact.
  • Maintain CRM activities and manage administrative tasks to support sales success.

This is a client-facing role that combines sales excellence with leadership support, blending business development with meaningful client impact.
