Our hotel has recently undergone a full renovation — all guest rooms, public areas, and banquet facilities have been completely upgraded to provide a fresh, modern experience for our guests. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Director Sales & Marketing (m/f/d) to lead our newly repositioned property into its next chapter of commercial success.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Several years of experience in a similar role within international hotel chains, ideally in major cities
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Skilled in using major hotel sales systems and CRM tools
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of commercial KPIs
  • Clear goal setter with a results-driven approach
  • Strong negotiator and confident communicator
  • Warm, authentic, and service-oriented personality
  • Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
  • Highly organized, flexible, creative, and resilient
  • A true team player who enjoys working with people
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all sales and marketing activities for the hotel
  • Develop and maintain strong personal relationships with clients and business partners
  • Create and implement business, sales, and marketing plans
  • Stay on top of market trends and prepare competitive analysis reports
  • Act as the main point of contact for all corporate clients
  • Represent the hotel at various events and sales initiatives
  • Set clear goals and strategies for the sales & marketing team
  • Analyse data and performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies
  • Ensure proficiency in and effective use of major sales systems (e.g., Delphi & Salesforce)
  • Motivate, lead, and develop a high-performing team
  • Act as the hotel’s social media Champion
