We are looking for a highly accomplished sales professional to join us as of 1st of July as Director Sales (w/m/d) focussing on clients in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark und help us doing the next step in this area. With your existing network, financial expertise, and professionalism, you are exactly the reinforcement our sales team needs to further expand our international presence and achieve our ambitious goals. As the market leader, we aim to win important clients in every region and further increase our market share. Your main tasks Expanding cflox's presence in the Nordic countries Acquisition of new clients in your individual sales approach Utilizing existing contacts to place our solutions and building on the existing network Engaging with C-Level decision-makers or Head of Finance/Treasury to position cflox solutions through market and company analysis, strategic value-based selling, specific visionary POV, references, and analyst data Responsibility for the entire sales cycle: needs analysis, argumentation, presentation, negotiations, and contract conclusion Close collaboration with cflox departments such as Sales, Business Development, Client & Bank Integration, Marketing, Operations, and our partners to ensure customer success Representing cflox at national and international trade fairs and events Your skills You are an enthusiastic sales personality and have a passion for winning over the owners and managers of our potential clients for the cflox solutions and supporting them in long-term partnerships. For that, you leverage your quick grasp of complex information as well as strong communication skills to understand client needs and challenges, and to offer tailored solutions.
