Your Impact at Empire
The Director, Sales Operations will play a pivotal role in aligning our sales strategies with business objectives by driving sales growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the company. They will manage the sales process, data analysis, and technology tools to support sales goals. By analyzing sales data, they identify trends, forecast sales, and implement recommendations to improve sales performance.
This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for optimizing the existing sales processes and strategize recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain quality and consistency in our sales data and ensure all systems are optimized
  • Analyze sales data to support and measure the impact of the sales and marketing programs currently in place.
  • Manage the sales goals, projections, and processes, and plan the strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Implement and manage our sales force CRM tool to draw inferences from the data
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales administration team approving all amendments to agreements, deposit extensions requests, etc.
  • Reports inventory levels on each community monthly and shares sales forecasts for the following month based on market performance and incentives in place.
  • Oversee, coach, train, and mentor a team of sales operations professionals and with the goal of improved response time, deal velocity, closing rates, forecasting accuracy, and customer engagement
