Description:

The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale. This leadership role will report to the ASEAN COO driving sales excellence, business processes and sales operations in support of the 6 ASEAN country clusters.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 10+ years experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 8+ years program management experience, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years people management experience

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the Rhythm of Business (RoB) design in partnership with corporate Microsoft teams. Define accountabilities and set infrastructure to document and orchestrate ROB and integrate Microsoft ROB/AIP for Managers and insights into ROB and drive accountability for adoption as you partner with RoB owners to identify key business insights and drive focus as well as monitor progress to goals and drive accountability through local action governance and provide recommendations on special rhythms.
  • You will enable on-strategy performance through high-quality Planning deliverables that cascades Microsoft strategy, maximizes Area opportunity and supports execution to meet business targets. Work to land corporate guidance and local activities into a cohesive execution plan and lead Area planning process engaging Microsoft workstreams owners to align, inform and prepare Area leadership for Planning decisions and manage Area planning timeline, resources, communications to maintain leadership informed, and guarantee timely deliverables on BSO owned workstreams of FY planning.
  • You will execute effective resource management by managing headcount deployment (Blueprint) and Employee Data Management (EDM). Cascade Fiscal Year (FY) Blueprint and support Regional or Area leadership headcount decisions in partnership with Finance, Segments and HR and ensure in-year Regional or Area Blueprint fidelity and drive governance on required Blueprint changes.
  • You will partner with the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) team to identify services expansion that scale productivity and enable efficiencies in ROB and Resources management and drive adoption of standard tools via ROB guidance. Support Tool simplification and drive Data Platform and Reporting consolidation by adopting Microsoft standard Toolset.
  • You will land non-financial metrics distribution that maximizes business performance (if applicable): Set up Regional or Area Non-financial metrics distribution process all up including scrubs and validation for data accuracy. Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, track sales performance, and provide recommendations for improving sales productivity and revenue growth.

  • You will drive and execute Sales Operations Planning and run in year management of Segmentation, Employee Data and Territory Management, Quota and Non-financial metrics Management and Distribution and Revenue Excellence escalations to improve employee productivity through operational excellence. Monitor risk and opportunities throughout the planning process to develop optimal recommendations.
  • You will lead Sales Operations Managers to provide Business insights that accelerate performance across Solution Areas and support the RoB (Rhythm of Business). Provide data-driven insights about sales execution, based on standard reporting, that drive accountability on action plans to meet operational goals. Partner with Global Sales to address business intelligence needs on a global scale.
  • You will modernize Sales Operations by driving adoption of the Global Sales Operations Center (GSOC) services with Sales Operations managers’ and promoting its adoption and utilization throughout the organization. Support Tool simplification and drive Data Platform and Reporting consolidation. Collaborate with the Change team to land and drive adoption of change initiatives applicable to the Sales Operations scope.
