We’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales Operations to join our GTM team. Reporting to the VP of Field Operations, you will lead a team and support the Zscaler Red Canary Sales Organization. You will be responsible for: Defining and delivering leading sales metrics, key performance indicators, and other analytics to internal stakeholders in coordination with the business intelligence team Leading a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for the AMS along with the AMS Sales Leader, with a focus on pipeline management and forecasting Driving monthly pipeline reviews to identify gaps in the sales process, ensure pipeline progression, and create action plans to address coverage and conversion challenges Leading operational planning for the AMS Sales organization, including quota/target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning aligned with the annual operating plan Providing operational expertise in overlay sales models, driving collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and performance What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 10+ years of related work experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Proficiency in SFDC, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Experience in customer service orientation, analytics, and problem-solving Proven experience in overlay sales operations, managing and optimizing operational processes across cross-functional sales teams What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) MBA Software/SaaS industry experience #LI-Remote #LI-EV1 Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
