Your Impact: As Director of Sales - US, you will lead Osmos’ expansion across the United States, driving enterprise revenue growth with leading retailers, marketplaces, and retail media networks. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role requiring a strong hunter mindset, deep understanding of the US retail media ecosystem, and the ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You will play a critical role in building Osmos’ footprint in North America and shaping our go-to-market strategy in one of our most strategic markets. Location: United States (remote, with travel as required to meet clients) What You'll Do: Strategic Growth – Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence within the retail media sector. New Business Development – Proactively identify and secure new opportunities with a hunter mindset, driving client acquisition and growth. Client Partnerships – Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with global and local teams across product, marketing, and customer success to align efforts and deliver value. Market Intelligence – Share insights on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to shape product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Customer Success & Retention – Ensure high levels of client engagement and deliver measurable outcomes that drive long-term partnerships. Performance Tracking – Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership You'll Thrive If You Have: 4–7 years of experience in sales leadership roles within SaaS, retail media, or digital advertising, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets. A hunter mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to independently drive client acquisition and growth. Exposure to retail media or enterprise SaaS sales, with strong industry knowledge/connections. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives. Experience collaborating with cross-geo teams and stakeholders, driving alignment across diverse functions and regions.
