Your key responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver program objectives.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support business adoption.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business priorities.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets, risks, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on supply chain transformation and SAP best practices.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the program lifecycle.

Skills and attributes for success

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, finance, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years' experience as SAP Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience in delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs, including implementation, upgrade, and maintenance.
• Expertise and hands-on system configuration, testing, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Profound ability to solve complex problems and drive projects to completion.
