Are you ready to be part of our global team to keep the world moving?  Exciting and Varied Responsibilities are waiting for you: Independent handling of all administrative and organizational tasks within the purchasing department to support the Director of Purchasing (including secretarial management, scheduling and travel management, minute-taking, task management) Relief of the Director of Purchasing through prioritization, pre-selection, data analysis/preparation, creation of presentations, and internal as well as external correspondence Independent follow-up on operational topics to support the Director of Purchasing (e.g., follow-up on material cost status, negotiation of currency effects, direct follow-up on tasks with buyers) Monitoring of cost center status across the entire department Responsibility for ICS (Internal Control System) and audits within the department Responsibility for specific purchasing areas and execution of related procurement activities   What You Bring to the Table: Completed degree in business administration or several years of professional experience in a secretarial or assistant role Confident communication skills in both German and English Excellent MS Office skills SAP user knowledge is an advantage Open and friendly communication High quality awareness and a structured way of working Team spirit, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility    At Mercedes-Benz Türk, we support diversity and advocate an equitable and inclusive corporate culture.
