We are seeking individuals at the Director and Senior Director levels to join our team to drive business development activities as well as deliver large, complex and transformational client engagements with a particular focus on advertising, marketing analytics and AI. Job Title: Director / Senior Director, Business Development and Delivery – Media & Entertainment Practice
This role will focus on expanding our footprint in M&E, specifically in the agencies, ad tech, mar tech, data, analytics/AI and advertising sectors by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with our clients’ evolving needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and consulting within the M&E industry, coupled with an extensive network of industry relationships.

The salary range for Director is $150,000-$225,000 annually and Senior Director is $175,000-$250,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
