KEY REQUIREMENTS

CPA designation (mandatory)
Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program (mandatory for senior-level tax planning roles)
10+ years of experience in public accounting, focused on Canadian private company taxation
Strong leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing tax staff
Proven ability to provide constructive performance feedback and drive team success
Previous experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a public accounting firm
Proficiency in CaseWare, CaseView, and Taxprep
Skilled at coordinating and reviewing complex tax projects
