Description
Define, manage, and continuously evolve the ESE service portfolio in alignment with CIO and enterprise strategy. Establish and oversee governance, measurement, and prioritization frameworks for portfolio investments. Ensure services are clearly defined, measurable, and deliver tangible business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across IT, business, and corporate functions to ensure services meet enterprise needs. Anticipate emerging needs and drive innovation in service design and delivery models. Serve as a trusted advisor to the CIO and ESE leadership team on portfolio direction and investment. Build strong cross-functional partnerships across GTM, Finance, Customer Experience, and HR. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and service excellence within ESE. 12+ years of progressive leadership in service portfolio management, service management, or enterprise IT strategy, ideally in large, global organizations. Proven ability to design and manage complex service portfolios that drive measurable business impact. Expertise in portfolio governance, financial management, and service lifecycle management. Bachelor's degree required Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. Executive presence with strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Implement methods to evaluate and communicate the value, adoption, and cost-effectiveness of services. Provide insights to CIO and business leaders on portfolio performance and opportunities for improvement.
