REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study required.
  • 10+ years of HR experience and progressive growth trajectory in large organizations required.
  • Five (5) years of Human Resources Management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates attainment of the required competencies required.
  • Strong expertise in HR Operations, HR technology, leave administration, compliance, and service delivery models required.
  • Experience managing leaves administration programs (FMLA, ADA, state laws) and state laws required.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle, ServiceNow, ADP) and process automation required.
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale HR transformations and process improvement initiatives required.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic execution required.
  • Experience building operational excellence from manual, fragmented team structures and processes to scalable, streamlined, lean team structure and technical implementation solutions required.
  • Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employment law, and compliance best practices preferred.
  • Expertise in change management, process improvement, project management, and organizational design preferred.
  • SHRM/HRCI Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Vituity’s policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices, federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to develop, manage, leverage, and build upon strong relationships with a wide array of colleagues throughout the organization.
  • Ability to create and maintain a work environment that promotes customer service, teamwork, collaboration, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to perform multiple tasks and monitor multiple projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Ability to manage tasks requiring rigorous and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data to leadership.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Demonstrated verbal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff, assign, and manage their workloads.
  • Ability to effectively conduct virtual presentations and training sessions.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $153,358 - $199,388, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
