We are looking for a Seasoned Engineering Director to join and lead our ZIA team. You will drive technical strategy, set engineering standards, mentor other engineers, and collaborate with Operations and Support to ensure a healthy cloud and exceptional customer outcomes. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, ZIA, you'll be responsible for: Driving a results-oriented culture with a strong focus on execution, quality, and speed Evangelizing the product vision internally and externally. Be able to represent the company, product, and team at all levels Work closely with the product management organization to develop and deliver on roadmaps Recognizing process and product gaps early and able to drive changes to achieve better outcomes Keeping the product delivery and quality bar high, prioritizing Service stability features along with Innovation and Platform features What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) 15+ years of experience in highly technical roles in development or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups Domain expertise in the area of Secure Web Gateway and L4-L7 Proxys Strong knowledge of distributed software product architectures, cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure), and monitoring solutions.
