SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
The Director of Software Quality presents a unique opportunity to take ownership and establish the right quality processes, automation, and culture at Finalsite, delivering high-quality software products to schools worldwide. This key leadership role is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with our company’s goals, overseeing the administration of quality tools and frameworks, and coordinating the collective efforts of our QA engineers across all teams. The Director of Software Quality plays a crucial role in ensuring that quality standards are met across the organization and its products. He fosters continuous improvement in processes, automation, and related culture throughout the organization.
This role also requires a deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, extensive experience in managing teams, and the ability to drive initiatives in a SaaS environment. Finally, the Director of Software Quality collaborates closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
