The Opportunity Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Director, Solution Delivery & Data Services is responsible for the performance, usability, and continuous improvement of Plannera’s business systems and data services. This role provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure solutions are delivered effectively, align with organizational priorities, and create meaningful value for users and stakeholders.  This position leads multidisciplinary teams responsible for solution delivery, system support, product and service enablement, and data capabilities. The Director bridges business and technology, translating strategy into practical, well‑governed solutions that support service excellence, data‑informed decision‑making, and continuous improvement. * Provide strategic leadership and direction for Solution Delivery and Data Services, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, service standards, and business outcomes. * Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of service delivery, data, and technology projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality delivery across multiple platforms. * Oversee service delivery operations including order processing, provisioning, commissioning, data management, and quality assurance to reduce errors and improve productivity. * Develop and implement functional strategies, data roadmaps, and process improvements that enhance operational efficiency, analytics capability, and decision‑making. * Build organizational capability by developing talent, managing performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Manage departmental budgets and financial planning activities, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost control, and strong financial stewardship. * Use performance data, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize processes. * Build and sustain strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to identify needs, prioritize work, and co‑design solutions. Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through a combination of: * Post-secondary education in business systems, information technology, or a related field. * Several years of experience of senior‑level leadership experience managing teams and cross‑functional initiatives, with proven success leading complex, multidisciplinary portfolios in solution delivery, data services and technology operations. * Experience managing significant operational and capital budgets, with clear accountability for financial stewardship and resource optimization. * Effective stakeholder management experience, including working with executive leadership and translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences. * Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and support cross-functional systems adoption.
