Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Director/Sr. Director, Business Development & Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Encaleret program. You will lead strategic planning efforts and provide critical insights that influence high-impact decisions. Your expertise will help guide commercial launch readiness, modeling & forecasting, preparation of corporate materials intended for presentation, corporate development, and strategic activities. You will also partner closely with cross-functional teams, including supply chain and operations, to ensure strategic alignment. Your analytical skills and industry experience will directly contribute to the company’s long-term success.
