ABOUT THE JOB

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director | Sr Director | VP of Finance who will play a key role in influencing the strategic direction of the business. This role will be responsible for all budget and forecasting processes. Reporting into the President, this role serves a leader of the Finance team and will define the playbook and processes for forward-looking analysis, company performance measurement and reporting. This person will seamlessly collaborate with our business leaders to support data-informed decision-making and build processes to meet the changing needs of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity; prior startup or high-growth company experience is highly valued

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with the ability to build dynamic, scenario-driven models
• Proven ability to think strategically about business operations and use financial data to tell a compelling story
• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong verbal and visual communication skills, and a track record of executing cross-functional initiatives
• Deep financial modeling experience; familiarity with Sage Intacct, Looker, or similar tools is a plus
• Executive presence with outstanding collaboration and communication skills; comfortable interfacing with Boards, investors, and leadership
• Experience partnering with C-level leaders to drive strategic and operational decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex business models and translate them into actionable financial insights
• Direct experience in the healthcare industry—especially digital health, value-based care, or tech-enabled services
• Passion for health, wellness, and the future of healthcare innovation

• Drive the development and management of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, business case development, and capital efficiency.
• Establish clear frameworks for evaluating investments, operating expenses, and headcount decisions to ensure optimal resource deployment.
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads—helping them plan, monitor, and refine budgets and performance metrics.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights, identifying trends and risks that impact growth, margins, and sustainability.
• Lead all financial aspects of fundraising, including data room readiness, investor reporting, and valuation support.
• Produce high-impact materials for executive and board meetings, including dashboards, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.
• Build scalable systems, tools, and workflows to improve financial operations, internal reporting, and cross-functional transparency.
• Develop and oversee a high-performing finance team while coordinating with external partners for accounting, tax, and audit functions.
• Ensure sound financial governance and compliance practices as the company grows and prepares for future capital events.
