Description
Lead a global equity team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and optimizing end-to-end processes. Ensure controls, financial reporting, and tax reporting compliance across multiple foreign jurisdictions, partnering with external counsel. Oversee the day-to-day administration of all equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units (RSUs), employee stock purchase plans (ESPPs), and performance-based awards. Manage the equity administration platform holding service provider to a high standard for efficiency, data accuracy and system integrity. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance with all securities laws and regulations (e.g., Section 16, Rule 144, insider trading policies) for all equity transactions. Define and establish scalable, agile, and best-in-class processing and auditable controls over equity transactions processed online (e.g. issuance of grant agreements, option exercises, cancellations of options and RSUs, activity in an employee stock purchase plan) via stock admin platform. Partner with the business technology team to automate reporting between equity administration, payroll, and human capital management systems for real-time transaction reporting and drive continuous transformation. Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare the equity footnote in financial statements, the annual proxy statement, and required audit materials. Develop and deliver clear and concise communication materials and training to employees regarding their equity awards. 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 7+ years in a role responsible for global equity administration at a publicly-traded company (with 3+ years in a managerial position) Certified Equity Professional certification
