Role Overview Xponential Fitness is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to help drive and scale strategic partnership initiatives across its portfolio of brands, including Club Pilates, Pure Barre, YogaSix, StretchLab, and BFT. This role will support the development and execution of partnerships that drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and improve franchisee economics. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will lead day to day partnership management and execution while collaborating cross functionally across Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Franchise Operations, and Brand teams. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Development * Support the development and execution of the strategic partnerships roadmap across all brands * Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across aggregators, loyalty programs, lifestyle brands, and accessibility or affordability solutions * Build and maintain a pipeline of partnerships that drive customer acquisition and long term customer value * Assess partnership opportunities based on strategic alignment, financial impact, operational feasibility, and franchisee benefit Deal Management & Execution * Manage the partnership lifecycle from outreach and negotiation through activation and ongoing relationship management * Support contract negotiations and coordinate with Legal and Finance teams as needed * Develop partnership proposals, business cases, and recommendations for leadership review * Ensure partnership structures align with business goals and franchisee economics Franchisee & Operational Support * Collaborate with Franchise Operations and Brand teams to support successful partnership rollouts across studios * Help ensure partnerships are easy to implement and scalable across the franchise network * Support initiatives that improve lead generation, customer acquisition efficiency, and customer retention at the studio level * Gather feedback from franchisees and internal stakeholders to improve partnership effectiveness Activation & Cross Functional Collaboration * Coordinate partnership launches and activation plans across multiple brands and stakeholders * Maintain partnership trackers, timelines, and reporting tools * Partner cross functionally to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and communication plans * Help drive operational consistency and process improvement across the partnerships function Performance & Reporting * Track partnership performance against key metrics including leads, revenue, ROI, CAC, and LTV * Prepare regular reporting and performance updates for leadership * Identify opportunities to optimize existing partnerships and improve results * Support ongoing partner accountability and performance management Team & Leadership Support * Contribute to a collaborative, high accountability team environment * Mentor and support junior team members as appropriate * Operate with a hands on, solutions oriented mindset * Represent the company in partner meetings, negotiations, and industry events as needed Qualifications * 7 to 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields * Proven experience managing partnerships and cross functional initiatives * Experience in franchise, multi unit, marketplace, or consumer facing businesses preferred * Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of customer acquisition and revenue models * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Highly organized with strong project management and execution capabilities * Ability to thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment What Success Looks Like * Partnerships that contribute to increased studio leads, conversions, and revenue growth * Strong partnership execution and adoption across franchise locations * Improved customer acquisition efficiency and partnership performance metrics * Effective collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners * A growing and diversified partnership portfolio aligned with company growth priorities Benefits: * Competitive Salary depending on experience * Comprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision benefits * Opportunities for additional bonuses * Cell Phone Allowance * 401k plan with 4% company match * Complimentary corporate memberships to XPLUS and XPASS * Discounts up to 30% on retail brand merchandise * On Campus Amenities: Reborn Coffee Shop, Hangar 24, Mini Putting Green, Basketball Court, Bird Sanctuary, Car Washing Services (M/W), Dry Cleaning Services Xponential Fitness LLC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
